Info

This is a OAuth connector, authentication requires creation and use of OAuth users.

Username
Enter your LEAP username here, or click on the Variables button on the right, to select a variable which will contain the username.

The LEAP OAuth username is in the format of: username@leapenvironment@area.

username: any username provided for the OAuth user registration (Note: this is not the LEAP username)

leapenvironment: LEAP environment to which connect to:

  • live
  • liveb
  • test

area: LEAP area to which connect to:

  • uk
  • aus

The area is an optional parameter, if not specified AUS area will be used.

Info

This is the username used when creating the OAuth user and not the LEAP username.

Warning

The username should not be an email address format because the @ symbol is used to provide connection parameters for the OAuth tokens.

Pin
Enter your LEAP PIN here, or click on the Variables button on the right, to select a variable which will contain the PIN. (PIN will be created in OAuth User settings).

Filter
Enter a keyword to use as filter here, or click on the Variables button on the right, to select a variable which will contain the filter.

Filter can be either a single keyword used as a contains clause on the matter name or in the format of NO=keyword where the keyword specified will be used as a contains clause on the matter file number instead.

Is archived
If enabled you can filter archived matters on the returned items. You can choose:

  • No filter (default option)
  • True
  • False

Is current
If enabled you can filter only current matters on the returned items. You can choose:

  • No filter (default option)
  • True
  • False

Show Matter No
If enabled the matter number will be displayed in the returned displayed items.

First description
If enabled the matter first description, if existing, will be prepended in the returned displayed items.

Second description
If enabled the matter second description, if existing, will be prepended in the returned displayed items.

Custom description
If enabled the matter custom description, if existing, will be prepended in the returned displayed items.

Descriptions, if enabled, are prepended in the order as they appear: first, second, custom.

Store

Username

Select the Matter number to which upload the document to here, a list will appear after pressing the update button with all available Matter numbers, or click on the Variables button on the right, to select a variable which will contain the Matter no.

Docname
Enter a document name here, or click on the Variables button on the right, to select a variable which will contain the name.

Staff Initials
Enter the staff initials for which upload the document here, or click on the Variables button on the right, to select a variable which will contain the expected initials.
