Select to which Palace environment you are connecting to. Available options are:
- Live
- Liquid
Username
Enter your Palace username here, or click on the Variables button on the right, to select a variable which will contain the username.
Password
Enter your Palace password of the corresponding user here, or click on the Variables button on the right, to select a variable which will contain the password.
Return type
Select the type of list you would like to return, this can either be:
- Agents
- Owners
- Properties
- Tenancies
Filter
Enter a keyword to use as filter here, or click on the Variables button on the right, to select a variable which will contain the filter.
The filter works as a Contains clause on the names of the returned items.
Show archived
If enabled return also archived items.
Show owner (available only for return type Properties)
If enabled owner will be displayed next to the returned Property names.

Select the Agent to link the uploaded document to here, or click on the Variables button on the right, to select a variable which will contain the Agent. By pressing the update button a list of available Agent will be available after the connection to Palace.
Owner (available for Diary type Owner)
Select the Owner to link the uploaded document to here, or click on the Variables button on the right, to select a variable which will contain the Owner. By pressing the update button a list of available Owner will be available after the connection to Palace.
Property (available for Diary type Property)
Select the Property to link the uploaded document to here, or click on the Variables button on the right, to select a variable which will contain the Property. By pressing the update button a list of available Property will be available after the connection to Palace.
Tenancy (available for Diary type Tenancy)
Select the Tenancy to link the uploaded document to here, or click on the Variables button on the right, to select a variable which will contain the Tenancy. By pressing the update button a list of available Tenancy will be available after the connection to Palace.
Description
Enter the document description here, or click on the Variables button on the right, to select a variable which will contain the description.
Group
Enter the diary group here, or click on the Variables button on the right, to select a variable which will contain the group.
Online
If enabled the document is uploaded and marked as “Online”.
